Can You Receive a Refund For Knott's Tickets?
According to the Knott's Berry farm site, you will not be able to receive a refund on your tickets, as all ticket sales are final. However, their site also does state that if a visitor purchases their ticket for the wrong date, they are able to repurchase their tickets.
This applies to both regular General Admission Knott's tickets as well as Knott's Scary Farm tickets.
If You Purchased the Wrong Date
If you purchased your ticket for the wrong date, you'll simply follow these steps to fix it.
- Re-purchase the correct tickets for the correct date
- Jot down the confirmation number of your new ticket, as well as the old ticket (with the incorrect date)
- Call Knott's Guest Services team at (714) 220-520 (They are available from 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time)
You should be aware that Knott's may have different prices from the day that you've purchased.
If the price for the new ticket is more expensive than the one you've purchased previously, you will have to pay the difference in price.
