Where Do You Drop Off Guests at Magic Kingdom?
In Magic Kingdom, guests will need to be dropped off and picked up at Disney's Transportation and Ticket Center.
Unlike the other Disney parks, Magic Kingdom doesn't have a parking lot right at the entrance of the park.
The 'TTC' is a location where guests can park their vehicle, and later use complimentary Disney transportation (like the monorail and ferry) to be transported to the actual Magic Kingdom park.
Once you arrive to the TTC, you will simply need to inform a cast member you are dropping guests off, and they will direct you to the correct area.
There are also marked signs that will point towards 'Guest Drop off'.
What To Do After Being Dropped Off
Once you have been dropped off, the driver will follow the signs that point them back to exit the park.
As a guest that was dropped off, you can choose to either the monorail or the ferry to be transported to the Magic Kingdom park.
Monorail or Ferry Boat?
If you're in a hurry, monorail.
A monorail is the closest transportation to the parking lot, is the faster way to get to the park and comes in faster intervals.
The two level Ferry is a bit slower, but holds a much larger capacity of guests and sails through the wide open lagoon for a nice breeze and calm ride.
Getting Picked Up
Many guests forget where they were dropped off after a long fun day of theme park-ing, don't make that mistake!
Make sure to remember the name of that area (Transportation and Ticket Center), and that you'll have to ride a ferry or a monorail to make your way back to the TTC to get picked up in the same area that you were dropped off.
