Weather in Florida during November and December tends to be quite calm, but an occasional thunderstorm does roll in from time to time.
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party occurs rain or shine, so no refunds will be given even if there are prolonged periods of inclement weather.
The only time you can expect a refund for weather-related conditions is if Disney has to cancel the entire event because the weather is so bad (e.g. a hurricane).
Sickness and Other Medical Reasons
Unfortunately, if you come down with a cold or other sickness before Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party you will not be able to receive a refund.

Multiple Attraction Closures
If multiple rides or shows are closed, even for the entire Christmas Party, you will not be eligible for a refund on your tickets.

Fireworks or Parade Cancellations

However, if BOTH the parade and fireworks are canceled then Disney may provide Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tickets for another event date instead of a full refund.
These circumstances are very rare, but we have seen them happen in the past and Disney will typically work with you on some sort of way to make things better.
