If you're anything like us, you carry your phone everywhere that you go, as it virtually has everything that you need.

Amusement Parks can be a very easy place to lose or damage your phone.

This is why in this page, we'll explain the best ways to safely carry your phone at an Amusement park.

1. Shorts With Inner Pockets & Zippers

These shorts are by far our favorite (and easiest) way to visit a theme park, and have absolutely no worries that our phone be lost or damaged.

For Men

The Pinkbomb Men's 2 in 1 Running Shorts have built-in compression shorts, with a phone pocket on the outside of the compression shorts.

This exactly what runners use to keep their phone safe during a workout, and it works just as great for walking around theme parks for an entire day.

Additionally, it has zipper pockets (where the normal pockets are located), where you can zip up your phone and light valuables before riding any rides that require it.

We love these shorts for these main reasons:

  • Light & Comfortable
  • Easy Accessibility
  • Zipper Pocket Provides Added Protection
  • Compression Shorts Help With a Full Day of Walking (Exercise in general)
  • Can Use These Shorts For Any Outdoor Activity (Even after your visit to a theme park has long ended)

For Women

The BMJL Women's Elastic Running Shorts are our favorite for similar reasons.

These elastic shorts are comfortable, trendy, and have a zipper to safely carry your phone.

Main reasons why we love these shorts:

  • Extremely Comfortable
  • Zipper Pocket to Safely Store Valuables
  • Lightweight
  • High Waisted Design

Invest in a Ziplock Bag

This may sound silly at first, but ziploc bags meant for sandwiches and snacks can come in extremely handy during the unexpected rain, and/or if you carry your phone during water rides.

You can easily place your phone inside of the ziploc bag, and have the peace of mind that your phone won't obtain water damage.

2. Backpack

If you're carrying more than just a phone, wallet and keys, you'll likely need something else to store your valuables in.

The Herschel Classic Backpack is perfect for theme parks, as has plenty of space inside to fit valuables, is lightweight, has slim shoulder straps, and will fit in theme park lockers.

You can choose from four different sizes.

The Mini 9.0L is perfect if you just have a few more items that you want to carry around such as snacks, water bottles, ponchos and small umbrellas.

If you're planning on carrying anything more than that, you'll want to go a size up.

Be aware that if you take a backpack to a theme park, it will most likely be inspected prior to entry, and you will have to store it in lockers for many rides.

3. Fanny Pack

If you don't want to go 'too modern' with simply shorts, or 'too classic' with a backpack, the fanny pack is the perfect solution.

By far the best part about a fanny pack is that at most theme parks, you can keep your fanny pack on during rides.

The MAXTOP fanny pack is our go-to fanny pack for theme parks as the design is simple, yet effective allowing you to be completely hands-free during your visit.

It has four different zip-able pockets, including the main large one, front, back and an inner pocket.

It's an easy solution to keep your phone and other valuables safe, while allowing you to keep sight of them.

This specific fanny pack offers over a dozen different designs and colors to choose from.
