Are Wagons Allowed At Disneyland?
In March of 2019 Disney implemented a new policy banning wagons and wagon-style strollers at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
This new rule means wagon strollers are not allowed anywhere on Disneyland property.
This includes Downtown Disney District, California Adventure as well as the hotels of Disneyland.
If you have a wagon, it's best to leave it at home!
The only exception to this policy is if you need to have a wagon stroller for medical purposes.
This is known as a "stroller as a wheelchair" which requires a note from a doctor to be shown to Disney cast members at security and/or guest services.
These exceptions are approved by Disney on a case-by-case basis so make sure you're fully prepared to potentially not be allowed to bring your wagon into Disneyland.
What Is Disneyland's Stroller Policy?
There are only two major rules you need to follow before bringing your stroller to Disneyland.
- Strollers cannot be larger than 31" (79 cm) x 52" (132 cm). This is regardless of how many children you have - you may need to bring multiple strollers!
- Wagons and "stroller wagons" are not allowed.
