Yes, you can upgrade your Universal base ticket (aka one park per day) to a Park to Park ticket. You'll simply need to bring your current ticket and identification to Guest Services. They will credit the cost of your current ticket towards the Park to Park ticket, and you'll simply pay the difference.

For a 1 day ticket, you can expect to pay around a $60 difference when you upgrade your base ticket to park to park.
