Can You Bring Food Into Volcano Bay?
You are allowed to bring food into Volcano Bay, however there are some stipulations. The food must be brought in a clear (see-through) bag, and food that requires heating or refrigeration is not allowed. Snack are also allowed into the water park.
For this exact reason our go-to purchase to be ready for the park is a re-closable zip bag.
Inspection Before Entering the Park
The belongings of visitors will be inspected by security prior to entering the water park.
You'll want to make sure that you are familiar with and follow these rules as it will save you a lot of potential headaches, and potentially having to toss out your food to enter the park.
The following items are not allowed in the water park:
- Hard-sided coolers
- Soft-sided coolers larger than 8.5 inches wide x 6 inches high x 6 inches deep
- Picnic lunches; any food that requires heating or refrigeration; folding chairs
- Glassware or glass containers
- Open containers or drinks containing alcohol
Can You Bring a Bag Into Volcano Bay?
Yes you're able to bring a bag into Volcano Bay. In fact, most visitors pack their towels, sunscreen, snacks, a bottle of water, and a plastic bag (for wet clothes) inside of their bag.
You should be aware that all bags, backpacks, and packages will be inspected prior to entering the park.
It's also a great idea to bring a spare change of clothes for your visit to the water park.
