1. Know the Best Time to Visit
The best days to visit Aquatica Orlando are Monday-Wednesday. In general, almost all weekdays are always great options, as the water park historically holds lower crowds in this timeframe.
Out of state visitors usually arrive on Thursdays, stay for the weekend, and then leave on a Monday. Additionally, most of the locals are in school or working during the weekdays!
2. Don't Pay Full Price
When you purchase with us, you can Save $40+ per ticket, and you'll also be able to skip the line by going straight to the gate.
You can learn more about our process and how we're able to do this through our Authorized Theme Park Ticket Reseller page
3. Invest a Quick Queue Pass
Quick queue is essentially Aquatica's fast pass system. It gives you access to a separate and faster line, in order to skip the regular line and spend more of your time riding your favorite rides rather than waiting.
You'll simply receive a wristband after purchase and immediately begin riding your favorite rides.
The Quick Queue pass is an additional cost, and you will need an admission ticket to be able to use it.
4. Take a Picture of Where You Parked
After a long and fun day at the park, the last thing that you'll want to do is spend hours looking for your car.
This tip is one that most skip over, until it happens to them! Then, they read this section three times just to make sure it never happens to them again.
Take a picture of where you parked (and the surrounding areas such as row names), or if you have an iPhone just drop a pin.
Either of these options will allow your day to go smoothly from beginning to end.
5. Rent a Locker
There are three all day lockers that are available inside of the water park, as well as a picnic locker.
- By IHU Breakaway Falls next to Kata's Kookaburra Cove
- Near Walkabout Waters across from Adaptations gift shop
- Main Locker location across from Kiwi Traders gift shop.
Picnic lockers are also available at the front gate and must be rented from a ticket booth.
A Picnic locker allows visitors to store food to eat later. The catch is that you must exit the park and consume your food outside before returning.
6. Know How Parking Works
There are two types of parking at Aquatica Orlando:
- General Parking - $30
- Preferred Parking - $40
General Parking is going to be your most basic and cheapest option when parking at Aquatica Orlando.
It's also the most common parking choice amongst visitors.
General Parking will be $30 consistently every day of the year, for one car, or motorcycle.
Preferred Parking will provide you access to park closer to the entrance of the park, at a higher cost than general parking.
7. Know What You Can Bring Into the Park
Knowing what items you can bring to Aquatica can be a bit tricky, due to it being a water park and not a regular theme park.
- Bathing Suit
- Water Shoes
- Bottle of water
You should be aware that all bags, backpacks, and packages will be inspected prior to entering the park.
8. Download the App
The Aquatica App can make your life very easy during your visit.
You can do the following things in the app:
- View Park Hours for the Day
- Purchase a Quick Queue Pass

9. Consider an Annual Pass
An Annual Pass at Aquatica allows a pass holder to visit the park an unlimited number of times for an entire year, on all days that are open to the public. There are currently four types of annual passes available, and each one offers different perks at a different price.
Your annual pass will be activated the day of purchase, and will be valid for an entire year from that date.
If you're planning on visiting the park at least 2 times in a season, an annual pass may be a good option for you. You'll receive countless perks, and save plenty of money along the way.
A Bronze Pass in particular, pays for itself in under 2 visits.
